When you request vendor matches, pricing, or a demo, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, practice type, practice size, software needs, preferred contact time, and the contents of any message you send. If you provide your email address in a form but do not complete the remaining steps, the information you entered up to that point may still be submitted to us. We also collect standard usage data through cookies and analytics tools, such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location.
EMR-Match is a vendor-matching service. When you submit a request, we share your contact details and practice information with up to 5 EMR/EHR vendors we match you with, so they can contact you about your inquiry. This is the core purpose of the service and how we are compensated. We do not sell your information to parties unrelated to your software search, and we do not share patient or clinical data — we never ask for it.
We use Google Analytics to understand site usage and may use advertising pixels (such as Meta Pixel) to measure ad performance. These tools set cookies and may collect device identifiers. You can limit cookie-based tracking through your browser settings or industry opt-out tools.
We retain lead information as long as needed to operate the service.
